A client just told me our customer service is better than Telstra.
Telstra are Australia’s main telco and let’s just say they’re famous for their customer service. And I don’t mean that in a good way.
So the client, the lovely Shelley from Elite Holiday Homes, may have just slapped me upside of the head, taken the mickey out of me and done it all with a smile!
